Can't remove a Chrome Extension

I recently came across a new extension in my Chrome that I'm not allowed to disable. I've never heard of it before and can't find anything online on what it is really. This is it, the BleockTheAds 1.4 I try to simply uncheck the Enabled box but nothing happens. This really freaks me out because when I click on the Permissions is reads:

It can:

-Access your data on all websites

-Access your tabs and browsing activity

-Manage your apps, extensions, and themes

Also under the Enabled box it reads "Installed by enterprise policy." I don't know what that means of what enterprise policy is. This extension scares me because based on the permissions it has access to my accounts. Which I don't want anyone but me, myself, and I to have access to.

My PC(Shit I know):

Manufacturer: Dell

Model: INSPRION N4110

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10 GHz <---(pitiful)

RAM: 6.00 GB

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Please help, anything would be helpful at this point.
