First off let me say my system boots perfectly fine but just takes a while to boot.

When I first built my pc it would boot in 10 seconds. Later on I did some cable management and I setup my sata connectors to be like this.

I reset the cmos and I am still having this problem I also booted windows with selective startup to only boot with system services, and I am still getting the post windows login black screen.

Here is a video demonstrating incase you didn't understand what I meant throughout text. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yq7ZBA1oCQ

Any help would be appreciated and it is set to AHCI btw.
