I can't permanently uninstall a program that keeps reinstalling itself.

I'm not sure what it does. It only takes a minute to uninstall it. When it comes back it always kicks me out of internet explorer. It doesn't look like it causes me a lot of problems. The only differences I notice is that my browser will say there are security certificate errors on some sites and ads look weirder.

    I finally got rid of it. Search your computer for scorpionsaver.msi. Right click and tell it to uninstall. Delete the file. Even after that, I had remnants in the registry. I searched the registry for all "scorpionsaver" references. Those I felt comfortable deleting I deleted. Those I did not, I renamed the key value by turning "scorpionsaver" references into ascorpionsaver, the next bscorpionsaver, the next csorpionsaver, etc. There were four or five left.
