Still looking for solution - PDF won't display in IE10 browser?

I have Win7-64 and IE10.  I get a blank page when PDF is viewed in IE10 browser. It does this on all web pages when I try to open a PDF from the browser.  PDF files on my hard drive open fine in Adobe Reader 11.  I have the latest version of Adobe Reader. When I run IE10 as an administrator everything works fine.  Is there a fix for this problem?

Tried dvsit solution previously posted but need help:

I went into Regedit and there is no key for TabProcGrowth listed under /InternetExplorer/Main/.  Should I add it with Regedit? I am reluctant to do that since I don't know what the consequences will be if there is also something else wrong.  Is my IE10 installation flawed or is it in Win7 itself? I tried uninstalling IE10 earlier and I could not find any way to really do that.  The only option I could find was to remove in Windows add/remove features which I don't think actually removes everything. I did so anyway, and of course, could no longer find a way to start the IE browser after reboot.  IE9 was not there and I couldn't find a way to get it back.  I then re-enabled the IE feature in Windows add/remove and IE10 reinstalled.  However, after rebooting the behavior was the same as before.  I also fiddled with "enable protection mode" check box under security tab.  When I uncheck and reboot, it opens PDFs fine, but I get the continuous annoying pop-up message that my system is not protected and to turn protection on.  The fact that it works fine with protection off leads me to think there is something wrong with my installation of IE10.  I would love to completely remove the IE10 traces and then re-install it fresh. Any specific suggestions? I know IE10 mostly works fine with Win7 because I have two other computers running Win7 and IE10 and there is no problem with PDFs.
