Cannot get data from TCP port xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:6556: [Errno 111] Connection refused

I am implementing nagios/check_mk in test environment.

Check_MK version 1.2.0p2
CentOS 6.3
Nagios Core 3.2.3.

Everything went perfectly until I came to our exchange servers.

Same procedure has been done to declare these servers into check_mk (I am now using WATO): agent install + new hosts via WATO (after undeclared it into nagios servers.cfg)

Issue:

When creating a new host with wato:

Inventory failed for this host: Error running sudo -u root /usr/bin/check_mk
--automation try-inventory -- --cache EXCHANGE (exit code 1):
Error getting data from Check_MK agent: Cannot get data from TCP port
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:6556: [Errno 111] Connection refused

Or creating new host into main.mk and cmk -I:

Host 'EXCHANGE': Cannot get data from TCP port xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:6556: [Errno
111] Connection refused

Checks: Netstat -a from exchange server: 6556 LISTENING and then CLOSE_WAIT

Check_mk_agent.exe test from exchange: OK

From nagios: telnet 'exchange' 6556: NOT OK

From exchange, firewall settings are off.

Can you please help on this issue?

EDIT:
